Bill Wagner, Senior Vice-President/Sales and Marketing
Mr. Wagner is an experienced senior executive with a 26-year career in corporate retail. His associations include industry leaders such as May Department Stores, Federated Department Stores, and Payless Shoesource. In his last position as Senior Vice President at Payless Shoesource, he successfully managed all aspects of a $1.2B business and attained a #1 market share position nationally in both men’s and children’s footwear. By taking market share away from retail giants such as Walmart and Target, his leadership enabled Payless to sell one out of every four children’s shoes sold in the U.S.

His responsibilities included the planning and execution of detailed financial plans, as well as national advertising campaigns and competitive positioning through pricing and product strategies. With a multi-functional staff of over 100 employees, Mr. Wagner was known for developing high performance teams that achieved corporate objectives and exceeded corporate benchmarks.

Mr. Wagner has extensive experience throughout his career in launching new businesses, products and brands. He created strategic business partnerships with Disney, Cartoon Network, Wolverine Worldwide, Nine West Group, Kenneth Cole, Spalding, Phillips Van-Huesen, Haggar, and others. Mr. Wagner has also traveled to Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America to analyze and negotiate sourcing agreements with suppliers. His multi-faceted skills will be a crucial ingredient to KIWI-TEK’s success.
